Safety & Sanitation

The standard at every Room.

A Room is only a Room if it's clean, safe, and held to standard. These protocols run at every location — no exceptions, no shortcuts. The method protects the client; these standards protect everyone.

Sanitation

Before, between, and after every client

Tool sterilization

All shears, combs, and implements are sanitized and disinfected between every client per state board standards. Single-use items are single-use.

Station hygiene

Every station is wiped with hospital-grade disinfectant before a new client sits and again at the close of the appointment.

Hand hygiene

Stylists sanitize hands before and between every client. Gloves are worn for chemical and medical services.

Clean linens

Fresh capes, towels, and neck strips for every client. Used linens are bagged and laundered to standard.

Client Safety

Protecting you in the chair

Patch & strand tests

Chemical and color services are preceded by a strand or patch test when indicated — we never guess your hair's tolerance.

Contraindication checks

Medical history, scalp health, and contraindications are reviewed before any medical or chemical service. If it can't be done safely, we say so.

Allergens on file

We log known allergies and sensitivities to your profile so every Room you visit knows to protect you.

No shortcuts on bonds

We never reuse compromised beads, bonds, or tape. If a component fails, it's replaced — not patched.

The Promise

Held at every location

These aren't guidelines — they're the standard. Every Room, every day, every client. When the method and a moment conflict, the method wins; when convenience and safety conflict, safety wins. That is the whole game.
